Happy Tuesday! How is everyone? The snow is now melting yay! Linking up with Holly and Sarah! Here is the recap…
Monday February 9.
I went to work for maybe an hour or so, and left not feeling the best. After Huxleys day at school, I put on some Sesame Street videos on the computer. Some days he loves them! Hadley got the MVP at softball practice, she still shows up to practices with a broken wrist.
Tuesday February 10.
I did not take one photo this day, I did not feel good at all. I had to work from home because it was payroll. I went to the doc and got tested for strep, c word, and the flu and it wasn’t any of those things! Ugh. I guess it was a nasty virus.
Wednesday February 11.
I went to work, and toughed it out all day. I felt okay, but still not the greatest. Hadley got her cast off and is now in a brace. The doc said she can start to throw a softball unless it hurts. I hate those kinds of directions!
Thursday February 12.
Hadley had her 11 year checkup, that was rescheduled from last week due to the snow we got one day. Poor thing got two shots! Huxley was trying on the jacket his hair lady gave him, it looked cute on him.
Friday February 13.
Employee in-service day at my work, and I toughed it out through this day too. I brought my own box of tissues, hand sanitizer, and water. These in-service days are brutal when you aren’t feeling up to par, sitting in the same seat all day long listening to speakers. Before I left work for the day, I went to check my mailbox and was so surprised at everyone who participated in the Valentine’s Day card exchange. It was so fun! Hadley got some happy mail from our aunt and uncle, thinking of her with her broken wrist. So sweet!
Saturday February 14 ♥
Hadley at softball practice in the morning. When the kids got home, Kevin went to sleep for a few hours and then the kids opened their little Valentine’s Day goodies. I don’t get them much, just some candy and a small toy or two. We had chocolate covered strawberries for dessert. Huxley wasn’t a fan!
Sunday February 15.
Catching lessons in the morning! And then Hadley is trying to master making slime again, she used to be so good at it! I was so glad this week was over, and to start a fresh week with a day off for President’s Day haha!
