Lots of walks, softball practice, Huxley doing well in daycare, and more! Linking up with Holly and Sarah! Here is the recap…
Monday October 7
Started the day with a walk outside! So many deer were on the street, and they were making me nervous! They eventually ran away, but I was still timid. After my walk, I had a baby care study that was about baby wipes. It was a fun one, they used Nutella to spread on a baby dolls booty and we had to use different wipes and rate them. Easy cash! Hadley and I picked up Huxley from school, he’s getting used to it and starting to like it. As soon as he sees us for pickup, he runs across the room and says “bye bye?” After we picked Huxley up, we went to Hadley’s softball practice. He used the water fountain for the first time, and it was hilarious to watch!
Tuesday October 8
I dropped off Kevin’s uniform to the firehouse, and the traffic was insane! Came home and worked out, and then hopped in the shower. I had two interviews, and even though they were on Zoom I still like to dress up for the part! After school and homework, Hadley played outside with the neighbor kids.
Wednesday October 9
Huxley walking into school, he is so cute with his little backpack. Kevin sent me a picture of him sitting in the chief’s desk. After school, went to Hadley’s softball practice. Kevin facetimed Huxley, and the sky was super blue so he took a screen shot of it. Before Huxley went to bed, he put his firetruck and ambulance on the floor laying down to go to bed. It was the cutest thing!
Thursday October 10
Started the day with a YouTube workout. Hadley’s teacher sends photos of them at school sometimes, they were sitting in the hall doing an activity. Kevin went to the firefighter’s memorial service, all dressed up in his class a’s! We played outside for a little bit, and then Hadley went to her first volleyball practice.
Friday October 11
Started the day with a YouTube workout. I’ve been working on health consistently, and changing my eating habits. I did a side by side from a year ago to this month, and I can tell a difference! Watching Huxley on the daycare cameras, he’s playing with friends more and more! My parents went to Hadley’s softball game, Huxley and I stayed home since it was a later game.
Saturday October 12
Started the day with a YouTube workout! Huxley joined me, so I gave him small canned goods and he did the weights with me! My Mom got the kids Jimmy Fallon’s Halloween book, it is so cute. Went to the park after Huxley’s nap, I cannot believe how warm it is for mid-October. Ended the night with a face mask and fell asleep.
Sunday October 13
Started the day with a walk outside with both kiddos! Later on in the day, we went over to our neighbors house to hangout. He has a little putting green in his backyard, Huxley loved it.
