Recapping the week on the blog today. Lots of walks, lots of playing outside, and a post birthday celebration. Linking up with Holly and Sarah! Here is the recap…
Monday March 10
Started the day with a workout after work. Walked around the neighborhood, the weather has been beautiful! Hadley had her first outdoor softball practice. It was nice to go by myself, Huxley stayed home with Kevin.
Tuesday March 11
Walked around the trail at a local park, and then the kids played. Hadley brought her bike and rode around the trail as Huxley, and I walked in the stroller. The park was pretty crowded, all these nice days have been amazing! We ordered Chipotle for dinner and ate outside in the garage when we got home. After dinner, Hadley pushed Huxley in the big jogger stroller (that he is getting too big for), and then the umbrella stroller.
Wednesday March 12
After school, Hadley did her homework and then asked her friend down the street to play. They took a walk up and down the street, holding their drinks, and just talking. It was so cute. Huxley said something hilarious as they were walking down the driveway, I can’t remember what it was but the look on their faces was priceless. I can’t believe I caught their laughs in a photo. I had an athletic meeting for Hadley’s school at night, and then hit the sheets!
Thursday March 13
Walked at the trail after work! I love listening to music super loud and just breathing in the fresh air as I walk! My FitBit broke a few months ago, so I’ve not been able to track my steps for a while now. I use the regular timer on my phone to keep track of how long I’m moving my booty! Brady’s girlfriend came over, we ate dinner and then played outside until Kevin got home from the firehouse. Loving this weather so much. Hadley was giving Brady a run for his money with tossing softball. Kevin gave Huxley a bath and put him to bed. Hadley brought in a big pillow and laid on the floor in the office while I did computer stuff.
Friday March 14
Walked around the neighborhood after work, and Huxley was waiting for me by the door. He loves to get in the photo with me after I work out. Hadley was off school today for reaching their school goal for the walk-a-thon. I cleaned out my car and the kids just played.
Saturday March 15
After the kids woke up, they were looking at a bunny out our bedroom window, they were banging on the window and yelling and the bunny wouldn’t move. Kevin took Hadley to softball for Saturday morning practice. While they were at softball, I worked out and Huxley was actually occupied watching a show on the big tv not his iPad! Huxley ate lunch in his fire tent, he was so good! We watched the Savannah Bananas first game of the season on YouTube. Huxley was into it, and Hadley watched the entire game!
Sunday March 16
Worked out first thing in the morning. We all went to church, Hadley volunteered to serve for her friend that couldn’t serve that day. After Huxley’s nap, we went out to dinner for a belated birthday to celebrate with my parents.

Looks like a great week. All the outdoor time is amazing! I know I even enjoyed being able to go for a walk most days.
