1. Big week in the US of A…do you do your own taxes? What’s something you’ve found ‘taxing’ lately?
My husband does our taxes, either with Turbo Tax or just online. Something I’ve found taxing lately is I cannot seem to get rid of this weird cough / bug. I feel okay, just not 100% myself and it sucks. I hope it’s just the crazy allergy season we are having, I cannot keep the car clean with all the pollen on it every morning and afternoon!
2. When it comes to travel are you a last minute packer or a lay it all out a week in advance type? Do you struggle to pack light? Share a packing tip that has worked for you.
I lay it all out a few days before, but I will still be up late packing. My mind doesn’t shut down until we get to our destination and then I chill a little. But to be honest, I still am constantly thinking of what I might’ve forgotten. I do struggle to pack light! I’d rather have more than enough, than not. I absolutely overthink when it comes to packing haha!
3. April is National Grilled Cheese Month. Hmmm…who knew it got its own month? Do you like a grilled cheese sandwich? What ingredient do you add to take yours to the next level?
I love a grilled cheese sandwich! I love to add bacon to mine! My daughter only likes grilled cheese on wheat bread, my son doesn’t have a preference he’ll eat it on white or wheat.

Is constant growth necessary or do you think it’s more important to prioritize stability and peace in your life?
I tend to be in the safe zone for the majority of things in my life, but I do think constant growth isn’t a bad thing. I wish I could think like that. I love routine and stability in my life, it brings me peace of mind to know what to expect.
