Weekly Recap.

Recapping the week on the blog today. Chai tea lattes, Brady turned 20, closet clean out, and a volleyball game. Linking up with Holly and Sarah! Here is the recap…

Monday November 11
Our busiest day of the week are always Mondays it seems lately. Got home from work, worked out, picked up Hadley from school, picked up Huxley from daycare, and then indoor softball practice until 8pm.

Tuesday November 12
Hadley had early dismissal at school, thankfully Kevin was home so I didn’t have to leave work early. Before work, stopped at Starbucks and got a chai tea latte. On my way home from work, this lady clipped the passenger side mirror! I wouldn’t let her over as the lanes merged, and she literally hit my mirror with her suv and it pushed it in. Luckily, their was zero damage but still it shook me up a little bit. People are crazy! Hadley had her three month braces appointment, she’s doing so well with them and her teeth are starting to look more straight! The orthodontist office is always so cute and festive, they decorate so fun for the kids. Then off to softball practice. And then we celebrated Brady turning 20 at home!

Wednesday November 13
A very mentally draining day! A lot of shuffling back and forth with Hadley and softball. I had a sports meeting at Hadleys school, so we had one of Hadleys friends sister come over and sit while Huxley was in bed.

Thursday November 14
Stopped at Starbucks on my way to work, and got my free red cup for the season! Worked out when I got home from work, and did all the normal things. Hadley had volleyball practice. I even wore my fake Starbucks earrings for the day!

Friday November 15
Worked out after work, and then we did absolutely nothing for the rest of the day! Hadley played outside. It was nice to have nothing to do and Kevin was home for the night too!

Saturday November 16
Kevin got called in for overtime in the morning, but only ended up working until lunch time. His shift got cancelled so we were happy to have him home for another day / night! I did my favorite face mask in the morning, I do it maybe once or twice a week and it leaves my face feeling so so soft! The brand is Clarins and it’s not cheap, so I look for sales before I buy it! Hadley went to her school play with some friends, to watch some of her own friends that were in the play. While Hadley was away, I cleaned out my walk-in closet. I had four garbage bags full of clothes I got rid of! I even tried so many of them on and pitched stuff that didn’t fit, or I hadn’t worn in the last year or so. It feels so good to be able to walk in the closet, and to be able to see the floor! Brady was at his girlfriends house. And Huxley was loving all the attention he was getting having mom and dad to himself for a few hours!

Sunday November 17
Started my Sunday with a fifteen minute YouTube workout that was with weights, it was a hard one. Huxley was so cute holding my hand while sitting on the couch with me. Love it when Hadley wants to do bubble braids for her games, it looks so cute! Brady was going to stay home for most of the day, so I put Huxley down for his nap right before Hadley’s volleyball game so Brady was home while he napped. Or else Huxley would’ve been not so fun if he went to her game during naptime. So luckily, I was able to go to her game by myself and actually pay attention the entire time! Hadley had a great game, she’s got a great overhand serve, and she had a few spikes in there. My parents came with my nephews to the game, afterwards they took Hadley out to lunch. I went home since Huxley was napping.
