Summer isn’t officially here yet, but it sure feels like it! School is out, and the pools are open! We love summer at our house, it’s the time of year where their are no schedules, no alarm clocks to get up for school, not car line pickups, nothing. Summer is the season I look forward to the most, so many memories being created, being outside all day, and just being with my kids.
For the last few years, our bucket list is hand drawn on a poster board, and we hang it in the kitchen where everyone can see it all summer long. This bucket list is a mix of things to actually go and do, and a few simple things that we can do at home that don’t cost a dime. Some of the things to do are repeats, we may have not gotten to do them in years past, or we loved them so much we do it every summer.

This has a lot of great ideas on it! I miss doing some of those little things with my kids, like the new playground! My teens have never been to a drive in theater, but there is one not too far from here we should check out!
